What Wixzel is not
- Wixzel is not part of a larger company. It has no parent company and no outside owners.
- Wixzel is not a phone carrier. Wixzel Voice does not sell or port phone numbers and does not resell minutes; you bring your own SIP trunk, and your carrier's rates stay yours.
- Wixzel Voice does not sell finished AI agents. It provides the APIs, SDKs and MCP server that people build their own agents with. IntelliCallAI is the separate, finished application.
- Wixzel Voice has no free trial credit. It runs on prepaid credit, billed per second.

- Software built so an agent can use it, not only a person clicking through a screen. Every capability is reachable programmatically and safe to hand over; the human interface remains as one way in.
- Agentic telephony
- Phone calls placed and answered by AI agents. Wixzel Voice sells the APIs and MCP server for it.
- SIP trunk
- The connection between a phone carrier and a voice system. Wixzel Voice runs calls over your own trunk, from Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, Vonage, Bandwidth, Exotel, Vobiz or any SIP provider.
- MCP server
- A Model Context Protocol server: a way for AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor to use a product's tools directly. Wixzel Voice has one.
- BYOK
- Bring your own keys. Self-hosted Wixzel products run on your own accounts with AI and telephony providers, and you pay those providers directly.
